These Terms will apply only if you place an order through our website. We may change these Terms from time to time without notice. You should check back frequently to see whether changes have been made. By continuing to access or use our website after we post such changes, you indicate your acceptance of those changes. Your continued use of our website following posting of changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the revised Terms.

Whenever you want to buy products online, be sure to read the current Terms before you proceed.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
We operate the website www.arklinenstore.com We are Ark Facility, a company
based in the UK with an office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. We trade under the brand of “Linen by Ark Facility.”

2. OUR PRODUCTS
The images of Products on our website are intended for illustration purposes only. While we've tried to show the colours accurately however, we cannot ensure that the display on your computer accurately reflects the hue that is in the Products. The colours of your products may differ slightly from the images.
All Products will be packed and delivered as wholesale Products in simple plastic pockets. Please note goods come directly from manufacturers and mills. They may contain some residue of the manufacturing process and will require an initial wash.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
- IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER
If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our site.
- IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS CUSTOMER
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use our site to purchase Products.
The Terms and any other document specifically mentioned in them form the complete agreement between us and you and supersede and sever all prior agreements, commitments, warranties and assurances, warranties, agreements and representations between us either written or oral regarding its subject of.
In being part of this Contract you are not relying on any representation, statement or guarantee (whether either negligently or innocently) which is not set by these terms or any other document specifically referred to in the Terms. You and we both agree both of us can be liable for any negligence or inadvertent misrepresentation, or negligent misrepresentation based on any of the statements within this contract.
6. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
Our shopping pages guide customers through each step you have to complete to make your order. The process of placing an order allows you to review and correct any errors prior to submitting the order. Take the time to review and verify your order on every page of the procedure.
When you have placed an order after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging of your purchase (Order Confirmation). The contract between us will be created once you have received the Order Confirmation.
7. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS
We update these Terms periodically. Visit our website to find the most current version.
Each time you purchase Products through us, our Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase will be applicable to the contract between us and you.
We can modify these Terms in relation for your purchase from time time in order to reflect changes in the applicable laws and regulations as well as other conditions that could be triggered from time-to-time.
8. HOW TO PAY
We accept the following modes of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and PayPal.
The payment is due for the Products and any relevant delivery charges at the time of purchase.
9. PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The price of Products will be the same as those listed on our website at the time you make your purchase. We will take every reasonable step to ensure that the prices for products are correct when the relevant information is loaded into the system.
Prices for our products may be subject to change from time-to-time however, changes won't alter any order you've already placed.
The price of the products includes tax (where applicable) in the rate currently in force in the UK at the moment. If, however, the rate of VAT change between the time you place your purchase and the date of delivery, we'll alter the amount you pay in VAT unless you've purchased the Product in full prior to the time when the VAT change took effect.
It is important to note that the price of a product doesn't include shipping fees. The delivery costs are explained to you during the checkout process, prior to you make your purchase.
Our delivery times for our products depend on a variety of variables, including the manufacturing process and availability. The complete delivery timeframes for each Product are available via our website. After we have sent an Order Confirmation to you, you will be contacted by a courier who will deliver the item. Sometimes, our delivery to you can occur due to an event outside our Control.
If no one is present at your address to accept delivery Our courier will give you a letter describing how to move delivery.
Delivery of an order will be complete when we deliver the products to the address you provided us. The Product will be yours from the moment you receive them.
You are the owner of the Products when we receive the full payment, which includes the applicable delivery fees.
If we don't deliver your items within the 30 days following Order Confirmation, you can end your order immediately If you are one of the following:
(a) we have refused to deliver the Products;
(b) delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or
(c) you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
If you don't want to cancel the order immediately in the first instance, or you do not have the power to do so, you may give us a different time frame for delivery. The deadline should be reasonable and you may end your order if we are unable to adhere to our new date.
12. YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
These provisions apply to both consumers and businesses save for where expressly indicated to the contrary.
The legal right to terminate a Contract commences on the date that we send you the Order Confirmation (the date when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order) This is the date that the Contract between us created. The time limit for cancellation of the Contract is based on the item you've purchased and how it's made available, as described in the following section.
Your contract covers only one product (which does not come in instalments over separate days)
The end date is 14 days following the date on which you receive the final instalment of the Product or the final of the products you ordered separately.
To cancel a contract you must contact our Customer Services team by emailing them at email@example.com to inform them that you wish to cancel the Contract and arrange a collection of the Products. Be sure to mention the order number. Our Customer Services Team will email you a Goods Returns Notice to be added to the Products.
If you do not receive your Products we will issue an immediate refund possible , and in all likelihood 14 days following the time you notify the Company of your choice to terminate the Contract.
If you've sent your Products to us in accordance with this clause due to the fact that they're defective or inaccurately described we will pay your price for these Products to you in total, along with any delivery costs.
We will credit you according to the method of payment that you used at the time of purchase.
